MEGADETH Christmas Card Contest Announced

MEGADETH's web site has been updated with the following message:

"Enter this year's MEGADETH Christmas card contest and win big! Send us your designs and you could win first prize of a phone call from Dave Mustaine [guitar, vocals] on Christmas morning, a guitar lesson from Chris Broderick, and a 'United Abominations' lithograph hand signed by Dave, Chris, James [Lomenzo, bass] and Shawn [Drover, drums]! The winning card will be printed and sent out to MegaFanClub members [MEGADETH's official fan club] and friends of the band. The winner will be credited on the card. We'll also award prizes to runners-up! Winners will be picked by Dave Mustaine. Contest is open for only one week, closing on Wednesday, December 3.

* First prize: A phone call from Dave Mustaine to you on Christmas Day, an online guitar lesson with Chris Broderick, and a 'United Abominations' lithograph hand-signed by Dave, Chris, James and Shawn! As well, your card will be printed and sent out to MegaFanClub members and friends of the band!

* Second and third prize: An online guitar lesson with Chris Broderick, and the signed 'United Abominations' lithograph!

* Fourth- to tenth-place winners: All receive the signed 'United Abominations' lithograph!

"Your card design should be approximately 8" x 5" (20cm X 12cm),portrait or landscape, and be in any medium you choose; hand-drawn, Photoshop, etc. You must have a copy saved or scanned at 300DPI resolution to send in if you are chosen the winner. First-prize card needs to be printed from this high resolution. Send all cards in at a smaller-, low-resolution versions when entering. You may enter as many times as you like.
